- No signs for advertising purposes are allowed except for builder’s signs during construction
- No parking in streets allowed. (Occasional parking for short periods allowed in some sections. Refer to deed restrictions for your section)
- No parking of any vehicle, including boats, boat trailers, campers, RVs, golf carts or any other type vehicle off a resident’s driveway or on a property owner’s lot is allowed
- Curfew is in effect for Montgomery County minors from midnight to 6:01 a.m. Some exceptions apply; see the statute at the URL cited above
- Pets must be leashed at all times
- No discharging of firearms is allowed

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews all submitted plans to ensure compliance with community guidelines and aesthetic standards. Upon submission, the ACC has 30 days to approve or reject the proposed plans. Please ensure all required documentation is complete to avoid delays in the review process.
