• No signs for advertising purposes are allowed except for builder’s signs during construction 
• No parking in streets allowed. (Occasional parking for short  periods allowed in some sections. Refer to deed restrictions for your section)
• No parking of any vehicle, including boats, boat trailers, campers, RVs, golf carts or any other type vehicle off a resident’s driveway or on a property owner’s lot is allowed
• Curfew is in effect for Montgomery County minors from midnight to 6:01 a.m. Some exceptions apply; see the  statute at the URL cited above
• Pets must be leashed at all times
• No discharging of firearms is allowed
