Architectural Control Committee

The Point Aquarius Architectural Controls Committee (ACC) is an elected body tasked with upholding the aesthetic standards of our community by reviewing, approving and overseeing residential construction projects through completion.

ACC Roles & Responsibilities

The POA Board of Directors is composed of three representatives, each elected for a three-year term.

ACC Powers: Include reviewing and approving residential construction projects per the Architectural Guidelines and Regulations set forth for the community
ACC Duties: Include reviewing and approving residential construction request packets, assuring the residents and their contractors adhere to community ACC rules and regulations throughout the build phase through final approval upon project completion

ACC Presentations at Board Meetings

ACC members present a report to the board and community during the monthly POA Board Meetings.

Monthly POA Board Meetings

Date: Second Thursday of each month
Location: Community Center at 7:00 PM, 12550 Pegasus

Annual POA Meeting

Held on the last Saturday of April at the each year at a time and place designated in the Notice of Meeting
All property owners are encouraged to attend
POA Board and ACC elections are held during the Annual Meeting

ACC Member Elections

ACC members are elected at-large for a three-year term
ACC elections are held alongside annual Board elections
Each property owner is entitled to one vote per residential property account in good standing
Ballots are mailed out in March. The community has 30 days to cast their vote by:
(1) mail
(2) dropping their ballot at the POA office or
(3) voting in person at the Annual Meeting held at the end of April
