Here are some quick answers to common questions about our community, plus printable Fact Sheets so you can keep key information handy.

You can make your assessment payments three ways:

  1. Visit our online payment portal at: portal.imcmanagement.net
  2. By Mail:
    13189 Point Aquarius Blvd.
    Willis, TX 77318
  3. Drop at the Point Aquarius office from 8:00 – 4:00 M-F

If you need assistance with making a payment or accessing your account through the IMC portal, please contact the PA office at (936) 856 4927.

Our community, marina and pools are gated for the security of our residents. There are several ways to access:

Window Stickers (Front Entry):
Barcoded window stickers automatically open the front entrance gate for most cars.
Note: If your vehicle has special window tinting, the sticker may not work as intended.

Access Cards:
These cards grant access to the gate, pools, and marina docks for residents with a boat slip.

Key Fobs:
These work similarly to access cards but can be attached to a keychain for ease of use. Key fobs are $15 each.

  1. Present your lease agreement or closing documents at the security gate to enter the neighborhood
  2. Visit the HOA office with your ID and the required documentation (lease agreement or closing documents and vehicle information)

We will set up your access and provide the option to purchase access devices. Please bring a credit card or check – no cash. Please note that using a credit card includes a convenience fee.

These are held the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM, (unless otherwise communicated). Community members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

  • Location: Community Center at 12550 Pegasus
  • POA resident members wishing to formally address the Board should contact the management office at at (936) 856-4927 or via office@pointaquarius.com
  • Informal comments and questions are taken by the Board upon adjournment of the regular meeting

Our management company, IMC, stores all of our private documents. Community members can access them by visiting the password-protected IMC portal at portal.imcmanagement.net and entering your personal credentials. 

Note: If you have not set up personal access to the IMC portal, or are having difficulty accessing, please contact the POA office at (936) 856-4927.

Yes, monitored security cameras are set up in high-incidence areas, such as the pools and other recreational areas.
