Maintaining and implementing safety practices within the community is of the utmost importance to ensure residents feel more comfortable and protected.
Description and Activities
The POA has the following security and safety measures in place:
- 24/7 Manned entry gate
- Weekly patrol by sheriff deputies
- Access control at most amenities
- Monitored security camera system
Recent & Current Projects
- Upgraded network infrastructure
- Installed access control at pools & marina
- Added windshield stickers & key fobs as access control entry options
- Replaced aging equipment
- Replaced end of life lightening with LED Cobrahead street lights
Forecasted Projects
- Manage existing equipment and make up upgrades as necessary
- Improve lighting
- Install additional access control
