Dry Storage Committee
Point Aquarius has a dry storage area within the community bounds for storage of boats, trailers and other approved vehicles. For information on renting spaces, please visit the Dry Storage amenity page.
Description and Activities
Completed Projects 2024
- Power line has been fixed and power restored to 3 poles. New LED fixtures with photocells were installed
- Cleaned up the overgrown landscaping in the front of Dry Storage. Entergy removed overgrown vegetation around all poles
- Updated Storage Space Lease & Use Rules and Regulations & Agreement. All tenants will sign a new Lease & Use Agreement.
- Upgraded cameras to provide better security surveillance
- Maintenance was performed to replace damaged and missing pickets, and repaired gate hardware
Forecasted Projects
- Enforce lease agreement rules and regulations
- Remove overgrown vegetation on the back fence of the property and fence replacement or repair as needed
- Grade property and install crushed concrete
