The Chili Cookoff is THE major annual event in our community

Sponsored by the Point Aquarius Women’s Club with the help of many community volunteers
Hundreds of neighbors and their guests enjoy a day of food, fun and friendly competition
The day includes official judging, chili tastings with people’s choice voting, a huge silent auction and vendor booths
Cookoff proceeds supports the PAWC Scholarship Fund and community projects

Cook at home & get an indoor spot or cook onsite outdoors (no inside cooking)
Outdoor entry spaces open at 8 AM
Indoor entry setup from 11 AM to 12 Noon
Official Judging: Chili Check-in starts at 12 Noon – Blind judging format
Chili from scratch! Any meat, canned beans and tomatoes OK
Teams serve their stations, supply own condiments, no glass bottles
Indoor entries: Limited electricity for crock-pots, bring chili already warm

11 AM- 12 Noon: Indoor Chili Entries Setup
11 AM: People’s Choice Tasting Armbands On Sale
12 Noon: Chili Check-in begins for Official Judging (blind format)

3:30: Silent Auction Final Call for Bids & Checkout
