2024 Cookoff Competition Info

- Cook at home & get an indoor spot or cook onsite outdoors (no inside cooking)
- Outdoor entry spaces open at 8 AM
- Indoor entry setup from 11 AM to 12 Noon
- Official Judging: Chili Check-in starts at 12 Noon – Blind judging format
- Chili from scratch! Any meat, canned beans and tomatoes OK
- Teams serve their stations, supply own condiments, no glass bottles
- Indoor entries: Limited electricity for crock-pots, bring chili already warm

- 8 AM: Vendor & Outdoor Chili Entries Setup Opens
- 11 AM- 12 Noon: Indoor Chili Entries Setup
- 11 AM: People’s Choice Tasting Armbands On Sale
- 12 Noon: Chili Check-in begins for Official Judging (blind format)
- 3 PM: Awards
- 3:30: Silent Auction Final Call for Bids & Checkout
The Chili Cookoff is THE major annual event in our community
- Sponsored by the Point Aquarius Women’s Club with the help of many community volunteers
- Hundreds of neighbors and their guests enjoy a day of food, fun and friendly competition
- The day includes official judging, chili tastings with people’s choice voting, a huge silent auction and vendor booths
- Cookoff proceeds supports the PAWC Scholarship Fund and community projects
