Point Aquarius Marina
Marina parking and boat launch is located on Marina Loop
The Point Aquarius Marina is a private marina nestled in a protected cove and has a boat launch and day parking for residents and their guests. The marina area is adjacent to the spacious Marina Park with ponds, a baseball backstop and three picnic pavilions. Fishing in the lake is allowed from the marina bulkhead.
Marina Slip Purchases, Sales & Marina Questions:

- Covered and uncovered slips are available
- Slips are owned by residents and slip owners also pay an annual fee for marina maintenance
- Lifts are allowed in the slips with approval of the Marina Committee
West-Side Boat Launch and Lakeside Park
Location: 12555 Pegasus Dr.
- Day trailer parking available for residents and their guests
- Docks provide space for temporary tie-ups while loading and unloading boats
- Overnight boat tie-up not allowed on the launch docks
- West-side launch has a picnic pavilion and designated lake swim area
- Adjacent to the large pool and across from the Community Center and playground park
