The PA Community Center boasts a beautiful lakeside setting with views of Lake Conroe
It’s the ideal gathering place for community, club and private resident events.
- Location: 12550 Pegasus Drive across from the West-side Lakeside Park, boat ramp and large pool
- Adjacent to the playground, picnic pergola, and the half-court basketball and volleyball courts – great location for private events

- Daily rental rate is: $300 (10 AM – 10 PM)
- Deposit amount: $250 without alcohol; $500 with alcohol
