The Point Aquarius Marina is nestled in a protected cove. The natural protection of the area makes it a perfect place for residents to store their boats. Both covered and uncovered slips are available to residents that offer storage for all kinds of watercraft. Many residents leave their boats in the Marina year-round, while others will launch their boats in the Spring and take them out in the Fall for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs before keeping their boats in Dry Storage over the Winter months. The Marina and adjacent common areas provide a wonderful place for residents to gather and visit.
